After more than 15+ years working in Canadian Television on major national networks, Courtney left the industry to be home with her three young children. Shortly after making the decision to leave TV, she had a life-changing dream about a space for safe self-expression. The vision was so profound Courtney started emailing app development companies in the middle of the night. Air Out! app is an anonymous space to vent freely without judgment. It launched on the Apple Store and Google Play in early 2025. Since then Courtney has become an international speaker, featured on over 100 podcasts worldwide, and has developed her own signature talks around self-expression, thought acceptance, and personal freedom.
